SFS are pleased to supply our main administration address to our clients to use as their own address.
Our address is - The Meridian, 4 Copthall House, Station Square, Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 2FL – This is our actual office location and not a third party address. We are based in the centre of the UK in the middle of the legal district of the city, surrounded by solicitors and accountants (some of which use our services).
The service is simple – Our address is your address. When the mail forwarding service is ordered we allow you to use our address as your mail address. On the day that mail is received we forward this to you. No delays, no storage, just simple mail forwarding.
We can provide- Overseas Mail Forwarding - from our UK address to your address outside the UK UK Mail Forwarding - from our UK address to your UK address If you have a UK company or LLP then you may also require our Registered Office Service in addition to our mail forwarding service. What happens after you have ordered online? Once an order is placed you can use our address as your registered office.
We will contact you by email to confirm the registered office service. The email will confirm the registered office address and will have form 287 attached so that can inform Companies House of your new address. The email will also request that identification be supplied for our records. Under money laundering regulations we are legally required to collect identification for a company director. We may also request evidence that the address that we are forwarding your mail to is genuine. This information is for our records only and is not provided to any third parties. Do you forward goods?
No. We only forward standard business mail. We do not make exceptions and any packages that are received at our office will be returned to sender or refused delivery if we believe that they contain goods, products or samples. This protects our address from fraudulent use and ensures that our address is not associated with any unwanted activities or publicity. Our address is kept clean of all of our clients.
