If an electronic document is purchsed online - No refund will be given for any document that has been purchased online. If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your document please contact our office for assistance. In the event that a refund is offered by SFS we reserve the right to charge a £3.95 refund fee as a contribution towards our administration and merchant fees.

Unfortunately every transaction that we process incurs a merchant fee, a payment processor fee and a banking charge. When a refund is made these fees are significantly increased. In addition every transaction and refund creates accounting administration for our company.

If a company seal is purchased - We are not able to offer refunds on company seals. If a company seal is supplied with personalised details in good working order then we are not able to refund for errors made by customers. In the event that we have made an error producing your personalised seal we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you.

If other company products are purchased - If the item is returned back to our office under secure delivery in the condition in which it was supplied a refund may be offered for company products. Where the goods are not faulty and supplied as described we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for refunds. The typical refund administration fee is £10 but this fee may increase depending on our postage costs and time incurred. We will endeavour to keep our administration charges to a minimum but unfortunately every transaction incurs a merchant fee, a payment processor fee and a banking charge. When a refund is made these fees are significantly increased. In addition every transaction and refund creates accounting administration for our company.

If any goods that are returned to our office are not fit for resale then unfortunately no refund will be made.
