Can I change my forwarding address?Yes. We allow one change of forwarding address per year at no additional cost. Simply send us an email with proof (utility bill or bank statement) of your new address and we will update our records immediately. In the unlikely event that you need to change your address on more than one occasion during the year of service we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee.
