Most companies have shareholders that own part or all of the business. Each shareholder is recorded in the company register and should be issued with a share certificate as proof of their share holding within the company. This A4 booklet has approximately 24 certificates that are easily detached along a perforated strip. Simply complete the certificate-

Certificate number,

Company Name

Number of shares held,

Shareholders Name and Address

Enter the date

Arrange for the director and secretary (if appointed) to sign the certificate

Remove the certificate and issue
