It is recommended that LLP members create an LLP partnership agreement to define how the business will operate. The LLP agreements sets out the rights and obligations of the partners.

 

An LLP partnership agreement is kept on record by the partners of the business; it is not held by Companies House. This is beneficial as it prevents the general public from viewing the agreement. Simply download the document, edit as required and issue a signed copy to each member of the LLP.
