Memorandum & Articles of Association

This product is a combined document including the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association for UK limited companies. This document is often referred to as the Mem & Arts of a company. This document can be used to form your new company or to update your existing documents. • the company's name
• where the registered office of the company is situated (in England, Wales or Scotland)
• and what the company will do (its objects). The objects included in this Memorandum of Association are "to carry on business as a general trading company". This allows your business to operate in any general area of business. The Memorandum also includes additional objects which further expand on this primary objective.

The Articles of Association set out the rules for the company’s internal affairs and operation. Whilst a company can adopt all of Table A, the Articles of Association that we supply have been adapted to enable the company to operate more freely.
